REC & TEK SCUBA'S "Wet Wednesday's"

We did "Wet Wednesday" dives last year and it was very successful.
We were able to keep divers diving through the week somewhere local, whether it was the Welland train swing bridge, Gulliver's Lake, or even Humber Bay in Toronto.
We were able to show alot of divers who are not familiar with what we have right in our own backyard. By having divers diving out of Rec & Tek SCUBA Inc., it not only helps us stay busy with our rentals, but it gives us a chance to promote the specials in the store, and trips we have going on, as well as courses that we are offering.
For all of you that do help with this, we extend a Thank-you to you as you are part of the most recent major thing at Rec & Tek SCUBA Inc., and that was the move to a bigger space. Thank-you for keeping the divers coming into our doors, and supporting our passion as well as yours.

So if you have an idea for a local dive excursion to keep your self and other local divers "Wet on Wednesday's".
Pick a date or two in the summer, as many as you like and you can lead a dive somewhere and show the divers the area's dive locations?
We have quite a few maps here to be printed off for you the night of the dive. Usually divers meet at the store for 5-6pm on the Wednesday.

Pub and Pool nights with Rec and Tek

Hey our NEW Monthly Pool & Pub nights are starting up in November.
The first one is Saturday November 7th from 6-8pm. There will be an Instructor on each pool night to do Discover SCUBA's for your friends, or if they want to come out and watch to see if they are interested in SCUBA diving lessons.
Maybe we could start games of underwater hockey or something like that. Afterwards we are going to go out to the pub for a drink and talk about all the dive stories from the summer.
We are going to the Endzone Bar & Grill - Hamilton located at 1900 King St. E. (905) 545-5922. This location is right around the corner from the pool.
If you do not want to attend the pool session, we will be at the bar around 8:30pm, so please come out and join us!
We are going to be giving a deal on the pool fees for everyone, so if you are interested in coming out it is going to be $10.00 per person if you have your own gear, or $20.00 per person if you do not have gear, and you can use our rental gear for 2 hours in the pool.
*****Please register with Mitch at the store, as spots for November are filling already. I can accommodate only so many, and we will need a count of people attending. In order to be firm you will need to pay in advance, please do not just show up to the pool and expect entry to the pool with gear provided. Waivers & Medicals MUST be signed by anyone wanting to attend a Discover SCUBA, and please use the buddy teams always while diving. If you are alone we will pair you up with another single, and please stay together at all times*****
